- Chimney Inspection
We start with a basic visual inspection of the chimney system. The inspection includes the fire box, the chimney flue and the exterior of the chimney. The inspection of the flue is critical as this is where a chimney fire may originate due to the build of creosote behind a crack or gap in the flue tiles. The inspection of the exterior of the chimney could determine deterioration of mortar joints, the crown, seals or flashing. These problems could lead to severe water damage to the chimney and subsequently leaking into the premises.
- Chimney Cleaning Services
We offer chimney cleaning services on all types of fireplaces, woodstoves, woodstove inserts as well as furnace flues. To help prevent unwanted chimney debris and obstruction, we provide chimney caps, custom designed chase covers for all types of chimney and furnace flues. Our chimney cleaning services take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete.
- Chimney Relining / Stainless Steel Relines
The Chimney Doctor NOVA, Inc. provides relining of chimney flues using manufactured stainless steel liners and other gas and furnace flue liners exclusively from vendors who are licensed distributors of manufactured products. Our chimney lining services are offered only after a thorough inspection of the customer's chimney indicates any deterioration in the chimney flue, which could be a potential fire hazard.
- Chimney Repairs / Concrete Crowns
The Chimney Doctor NOVA, Inc. provides a wide variety of chimney repairs and masonry crown restorations. When a customer's crown shows visible cracks or deterioration, we do not just "patch" the crown. We totally remove the old crown and replace it with a new concrete crown. This makes the crown have a higher durability and makes it less likely to crack again. The 5-year warranty we offer is standard on all crown replacement. We offer a 10-year warranty on masonry repairs. Most minor masonry repairs can be completed on the same date that the inspection is done.

- Payment
Payment for services is due upon completion of all work. If the services to be performed are for relining or custom orders, we require a deposit to order the materials and secure the scheduled installation date.
